The Nutley-Belleville Columbus Day parade may be months away, but that doesn’t stop the organizing committee from continuing the festivities year-round. This year marks the 36th Annual Taste of Italy Fundraiser to take place on Sunday, March 18th from 2:00 pm ‘til 6:00 pm at the Nutley Parks and Recreation Building located at 44 Park Avenue in Nutley, New Jersey.
The festivities begin with open seating and a buffet-style serving of signature dishes from dozens of the area’s finest Italian restaurants. This food festival is guaranteed to delight everyone with authentic Italian specialties and desserts. Bring your own bottle of wine to enjoy. In addition to delicious food, there will be wonderful music, gift prizes and many enticing raffle baskets.
Each year, the committee honors distinguished Italian Americans to bring attention to the contributions of Americans of Italian decent to our towns, the State of New Jersey and worldwide.
