Strega Cocktails

Vecchio Alberti

Ingredients

  • ¾ oz Strega liqueur
  • 1 oz aged dark rum
  • 2 tsp red vermouth
  • 2 dashes cocoa bitters
  • 1 lump raw sugar

Preparation

In an Old Fashioned tumbler, add the cocoa bitters to the sugar cube. Place into the tumbler and add the vermouth. Then add a few ice cubes and the rum. Stir to mix the ingredients and give a small dilution. Add the Strega and some additional ice to finish the drink. Garnish with orange peel and a Maraschino cherry.

Ingredients

  • ¾ oz Strega liqueur
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 2 oz Prosecco

Preparation

Add of the ingredients, except the Prosecco to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a champagne flute. Add the Prosecco and serve.
