Saint Michaels Choir to Sing at Holy Rosary Church

Saint Michael’s College Liturgical Choir is traveling from Vermont to sing at Holy Rosary Church in Jersey City, New Jersey, on Saturday, February 3rd at 5:00 pm. The distinctive Saint Michael’s College Liturgical Choir from Vermont will share its eclectic and popular musical style with Holy Rosary Church in Jersey City for its Vigil Mass.

The group from the liberal arts Catholic residential college is located in the Burlington area of Vermont and performs with great enthusiasm, using a combination of international styles along with traditional hymn singing. This ensemble was one of the select few choirs invited to perform in 1993 for Pope John Paul II at World Youth Day in Denver, Colorado.

The Liturgical Choir will be accompanied by Rev. Brian Cummings, SSE, a native of Jersey City of St. Aedan’s Parish and Director of Edmundite Campus Ministry at Saint Michael’s.
