Moreno Fruzzetti to Highlight Columbus Event

The success of Tempo Italiano Supper Club events in Easton, Pennsylvania has prompted a revival of this popular venue to celebrate Columbus Day. The Lehigh Valley’s weekly radio program, Tempo Italiano, celebrating its 22nd year on the air, will once again provide this entertaining event for guests to enjoy a dinner buffet capped off by a performance by International recording artist, Moreno Fruzzetti in a unique setting. The event will be held at the historic Pub at Seipsville, located at 2912 Old Nazareth Road in Easton, formerly known as the Seipsville Hotel, on Sunday, October 6 at 3:00pm.

Moreno Fruzzetti, a native of Pisa, Italy, has been capturing fans worldwide for over 30 years with the combination of his powerful tenor sound, captivating onstage presence and variety of operatic arias, pop music and American classics. At just seven-years-old, Moreno learned to play the accordion by ear, adding percussion and drums next. He began playing with local bands throughout Italy and later toured in Europe. He got his first taste of success in the early 70s with the formation of the band ‘I Rogers’ with their national Number one hit in Italy, “Guarda.”

Just as Moreno Fruzzetti took to instruments, he quickly developed as a singer, bringing his solo career to the United States in 1975. Before long, Moreno’s fan base became international. Playing in concerts and festivals across the globe, he has been able to share his passion for all genres of music. Song selections range from the 1940s to present, plus music from the Golden Era of Italian music, along with classical music from centuries ago.

Tickets to this Tempo Italiano event, which includes a dinner buffet and performance are $35.00 per person and may be obtained by calling 610-559-9262 or by e-mail at [email protected].
