A special exhibition of the late artist Kathryn Marie Juliano’s artwork will be presented at the Montclair Art Museum on Thursday, June 6, from 5:00 to 9:00 pm, as part of the Museum’s Free First Thursday Night community program. The event is in honor of the Kathryn Marie Juliano Art Scholarship Fund. The evening will feature live music, food trucks and a full service bar.
Ms. Juliano, who passed away last year, was a lifelong resident of Orange, New Jersey.
A highly accomplished artist, her works are displayed around the world, from her “First in Flight” at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, to “Flight of Icarus” at the United States Consular Agency in Palermo, Sicily. Her work is also exhibited in American Embassies in Rome, Paris and Madrid and at the White House in Washington, D.C.
The Montclair Art Museum is located at Geyer Studio, 3 South Mountain Avenue in Montclair, New Jersey.
