The First Annual Italian American Baseball Foundation (IABF) Charity Golf Outing benefiting The Italian American Baseball Foundation will take place on Monday, September 9, 2019 in Ramsey, NJ. The IABF is committed to promoting the game of baseball in the United States and Italy. From sponsoring youth developmental baseball and softball clinics conducted by MLB players and College coaches to donating baseball equipment to organized youth teams, as well as individuals in need of uniforms and equipment, the goal of the organization is to build an international youth baseball/softball academy that will combine education and baseball.
The outing will be at the Ramsey Golf and Country Club with a best ball scramble format. It will begin at 8:00 am with registration and breakfast buffet, followed by a 9:30 am shotgun start, with lunch, open bar, awards and prizes beginning at approximately 2:15 pm.
