Todd Kayal, a Passaic County Sheriff’s Officer, who had spent 25 years of his life in public service, was involved in an off-duty accident last year, which left him paralyzed from the chest down. The Fidelians Foundation of North Haledon, New Jersey, recently donated $5,000 to assist Todd and his family with the extraordinary expenses that have resulted from his devastating injury.
