Dr. Juliano Is Reappointed by the Governor for a Third Term

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy has re-appointed Dr. Joseph Juliano for a third term on the Board of Commissioners for the Housing Authority of the City of Orange, where he serves as vice chair.

Dr. Juliano was first appointed commissioner in 1998 by then Governor Christine Todd Whitman and by Governor Chris Christie to a second term. “The Governor continues to demonstrate his commitment to revitalizing New Jersey’s older communities, cities like Orange, where residents can once again live in comfort and safety. We are grateful for his support as we continue on the work,” said Dr. Juliano, a lifelong resident of Orange.

Dr. Juliano has demonstrated his commitment to the community in many ways. He is a certified public housing manager by the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials. He also established two scholarships for women at Essex County College and the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning & Public Policy, Rutgers University, named for his mother, the late Honorable Patricia Juliano, who was the first woman to be elected to the City of Orange Council.
