Nottingham High School Holds 7th Annual Italian Night for Scholars

The Nottingham High School Italian Program, under the direction of Professor Frank A. Campione, J.D. will be sponsoring its 7th Annual Italian Night entitled La Festa della Musica e Ballo on Saturday, May 11th. Italian Night was established to fund scholarships for students who are studying Italian. This year, the event will be held at the Nottingham Ballroom, located at 200 Mercer Street in Hamilton, New Jersey. In addition to an extensive dinner buffet featuring Italian cuisine, music will be provided by the Doo-Wop group The Nostalgix, plus comedy entertainment by the legendary Uncle Floyd Vivino.

Profits from this important fundraiser are used to offer four scholarships for students who will be graduating in June, as well as for the maintenance of the only bocce court and fish pond located at a New Jersey school that offers an Italian language program.

Doors for the event open at 6:00 pm, with tickets priced at $35 (advance sales only, there will be no tickets at the door). Checks should be made payable to NHS Italian Program (with Italian Night 2019 in the memo section). For further information or to purchase tickets, please contact Professor Campione at 609-641-3161 ext 5029 or email to [email protected].
