Guarino Pays Tribute to Great Navigator on 29th Anniversary

WREATH LAYING CEREMONY – Michael L. Guarino, left, founder/director of the Elizabeth-based historic Columbus Parade Association of Union County, New Jersey and Paul Billero, committee member, placed a wreath at the Columbus statue, marking their 29^th such celebration.
