There are many outstanding pasta choices, with the baked pastas as true standouts – two types of lasagna, manicotti, stuffed shells, baked ravioli and baked ziti. Baci offers authentic New York/Brooklyn style pizza with fifteen different varieties. Grandma’s pizza is the personal favorite of Italian Tribune Publisher Buddy Fortunato.
Owner and Executive Chef Frank Garofalo was born in Naples, Italy, but found a new home in Naples, Florida, several years ago. Frank left Italy as a child and grew up in Brooklyn, New York, where he began his culinary career at the age of twelve. He worked in various restaurants and with each year, his knowledge of the culinary arts expanded and his passion for the business grew. Frank’s love of cooking is evident from the dishes he prepares. You can see it in the appreciation of his patrons who admire his creativity. He has a cooking style all his own.
