Celebrity Chef Claims Pasta to be a Key to a Healthy Diet

With all of the discussions surrounding a gluten-free diet, Massimo Bottura (the chef behind the three Michelin starred Osteria Francescana in Modena), has teamed up with food experts to recommend sensibly-sized portion of pasta as an important component for a healthy meal. The effort is part of a drive to counter the messages of paleo and gluten-free diets. He believes that grains should continue to be a sustainable part of most people’s diets.
